- 1 day rentals are for a period of 24 hours. Full day rentals have a 1 hour grace period, after which late fees will be assessed. Any late return kept overnight will be charged a full additional day.
- Rentals are fully non-refundable. Rainchecks are available under the following circumstances:
- UDOT Road Closure (ski/snowboard rentals only)
- Ski resort closure (ski/snowboard rentals only)
- All items must be returned clean. Every item returned dirty will be assessed a $10+ cleaning fee.
- Broken/damaged gear will be assessed charges up to the full replacement value of the entire item.
